Renuka Arora Bhagat is the Founder and Managing Director of Masti Media
Network, Singapore's pioneering Indian audio and visual media network.
Since launching Radio Masti in 2009, Renuka has transformed a daily radio
programme into a dynamic media platform that today spans live digital radio,
visual productions, podcasts, branded content, community initiatives and
Masti Media Academy.
With a career that blends corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and media,
she is passionate about creating meaningful connections through
storytelling, conversations and community engagement. Over the years, she
has interviewed renowned personalities, moderated panel discussions,
hosted large-scale events and produced original programmes that celebrate
culture, inspire dialogue and strengthen community bonds.
