A name to reckon with across the Media industry in Singapore, Renuka has been associated with brand Masti since its conception in 2009.

Under her strong leadership from 2009 to the re-launch in 2016, the station has undergone tremendous growth, increase in reach with unparalleled value derived by clients. Recipient of the Indian Woman Entrepreneur Award 2012, Renuka continues to ensure that with Masti being the only bollywood radio across South East Asia, entertainment continues as a serious business!

Having co-launched Radio Masti as a hobby, Renuka has been the constant 'push' behind establishing Radio Masti as a household name when the broadcast was 5pm-8pm. And now, with new challenges, she is instrumental in giving Singapore its FIRST, LIVE Hindi 24x7 radio-on-apps!

Shilpa has been an inseparable part of the Radio Masti team since 2013. Having had an end to end radio experience across several functions back in India, she has comfortably chosen to be away from the limelight catering to our clients' needs with extreme dedication.
A true masti girl to the core, Shilpa believes in great health being the beginning of a great life! She enjoys traveling (and planning her trips extremely well!)

Antara became a part of the glamorous n success oriented Masti team in March 2016. She has quickly created her space in the hearts of listeners in her warm ways and continues to be their companion weekdays evening during her LIVE shows.

Passionate for radio to the core, Antara loves the mic and thats only more visible by her enthusiasm on the air waves!
